"I've had Scott case for a long time now. We'll today is the end of that. He let's his employees talk how they want. Hang up mid sentence. If they hear something they don't like , they hang up. I asked about an issue and he just deflects it and goes on to something off the subject. Very unprofessional. I pay too much money to be harassed. He over talks you. He won't listen. Hes losing my business forever. Guys a joke. Not business like AT ALL."

"I’ve been with Dan Educate since early 2000’s, to cover our home and vehicles. Service through this location has been excellent over the years, and Scott Case provided same level of service if not better. In the 20 years with them, not a single auto or home claim in in the 15 years, but had to use the home insurance as many neighbors around us had wind damages from strong storms that ripped through the area. Scott’s team has been instrumental in helping us through the coverage, and since then, we’ve added the universal coverage for peace of mind.
